Improved single component Metropolis-Hastings algorithm for estimating a kind of time fractional delay diffusion equation

摘要:An improved single component Metropolis-Hastings (ISC-MH) algorithm for estimating a kind of time fractional delay diffusion equation (FDDE) is provided. We introduce the symmetric proposal distribution for generating the candidate point of each parameter to obtain the ISC-MH algorithm. To estimate the unknown parameter of the FDDE, firstly we construct the compact difference scheme to numerically discrete the FDDE. Then ISC-MH algorithm is used to estimate the fractional order, the diffusion coefficient and the time delay in the system of FDDE simultaneously. Finally, some simulation tests of two examples are provided to validate the performance of the algorithms.
主讲人简介:谷伟,中南财经政法大学统计与数学学院副教授,硕士生导师,中南财经政法大学文澜青年学者,美国罗切斯特大学、佛罗里达大西洋大学访问学者。主要从事随机系统模型参数估计及应用,偏微分方程的数值解、参数估计及金融应用,数据分析与统计计算,机器学习算法,正倒向随机微分方程数值解及应用研究。发表SCI期刊论文20余篇,出版学术专著一部,主持和参与多项国家级及省部级项目。
